The team

At Het Palet we want students to participate actively and motivated in education. Teachers instruct, guide and challenge students so that they can develop optimally. Teachers take into account the individual needs of students. Each teacher at Het Palet also contributes, based on their own expertise and affinity, to school development in line with educational and social changes. This is done within our five expertisegroups. In addition to teachers, the school also has specialist teachers of visual arts, music, dance and gym. There are also two internal supervisors at the school and each unit has one or more teaching assistants. Teaching assistants guide students individually or in groups. This is always done in consultation with the teacher. Guidance takes place on a cognitive, social-emotional or motor level. Teaching assistants also participate in a expertisegroup. Educational support staff take care of the household, administrative and janitor tasks.
