Pre-registration of new students
Prior to registering your child at our school, a personal introductory meeting will take place. In this conversation we explain the vision and working method of primary school Het Palet. We will also ask for information about your child's development and together we will see whether Het Palet fits your vision and needs and the needs of your child. If your child already attends another primary school, we will also discuss why you want to transfer and what you hope to find at our school. This meeting takes place with the parent(s)/guardian(s) and the child.
Based on the conversation, we decide whether to proceed with placement. In that case, the school will send the registration form to the parents/guardian(s). Formal registration is done by submitting a fully completed registration form to the school. This form asks, among other things, for general information and permission for the use of photos of the child.
For newcomer children, we fulfil a regional function. Newcomers are children who are new to the Netherlands and have not yet mastered the Dutch language. Newcomers from the age of 6 (if they are ready for initial reading education) up to and including 12 years old from the municipalities of Reusel-De Mierden, Bladel, Eersel and Bergeijk follow an average of one year of education at our school. Newcomers up to the age of 6 attend regular schools. The form below can also be used to sign up for the newcomer facility.
By filling in the information below you can request a personal introductory meeting. We will then contact you by phone.
We warmly welcome all parents who have registered their child or are still orientating to our annual information evening and open evening. In this school year, the information evening is scheduled for Thursday evening March 21 from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm. The open evening is at the same day, on March 13, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
